Very nice... You end up using the 110 welder? Looks like you are having an easier time getting buildup on your welds. My 220 wants to blow through that thin sheetmetal no matter how i set it.
You are giving me evil thoughts...
DO IT!
You are giving me evil thoughts... inspiration for you
Ok you talked me into it I got another cab today, I pick it up next week on one of my days off...
I just did a 3rd gen 4 door, and mayberry is doing a 4door runnerI love it, seems like so many people are into toys nowdays that we seem to have the same thing.change is goodI want to have fun and let others experience the fun along with me2 seats just wasent cutting it.we had our baby 4 months ago and someday I think it would be cool to be able to take the whole family, plus a fewawesome work man, that sheet sucks to weld.
Somthing that will make welding the sheet metal easier is using a block of brass behind the weld area the weld wont stick to the brass and you have somthg solid to build a weld pool on. I use mole board shims off a motor grader good quality brass and cheep or free if you can gre some used ones.
