Nice purchase!  That's on my list to buy also

I haven't seen that brand before. What did they sell for?

Found it. $280+shipping

The poor man's version of that is about $50.00.

Jumper cables, welding googles, and some rods.

I like the Karnage welder. has its own integral battery comes in a pelican case like a Miller Wire feed case and is rain proof
Just a little bulky.

Couple pics of the progress.. finished passenger side.. bought a few items to finish the job. Will be seam sealing from the inside. 3m rubber undercoating for the outside wheelwells. Use about 4 tablespoons of bondo( just to make it look REALLY good). I'm sure 3/4 off that will be sanded of.. also ordered some DEI spray boom mat to finish the inside of wheelwells..

Got the passenger side pretty much buttoned up.. ill give it one more body massage... drivers side seems to turn out a little better, even though it has more dents.. both side weren't straight... made my job a tad more easier..HAHA.. last pic of pass side.. just needs a little paint.

It's not perfect it shall do... seam sealer on everything.. waiting for it to dry, so I can spray rubber undercoating on the exterior fenderwells.

Update... with my 130 watt solar panel, I can run fridge with zero loss of power.. left truck off, no starting for 3 full days and nights. During the day solar panel will 100% charge my aux battery, and even trickle charge my starter battery..

Hey OVRAROCK.... Thanks for all these pics and info !
noticed that you have "reversed " your drive shafts so the slip joint is at your diff and not tranny output
Is there a benefit to this ?
Thanks !
Plus , nice heads up on the little compact welder, gonna look into that

With dual transfer cases, you use your original front driveshaft( cv joint double cardan).  So in the rear the telescopic portion is at the rear diff..
