Today progress; got steering box on, removed some metal to access new tapped fittings. Got cooler located. And bracket made. Just needs to be welded on. Clearenced the inside of my grille, to allow air flow around cooler. Also got pulley on steering pump and mounted.

I made my housing bracket today, and glued it on...All that is left is to torque things I took off, bolt ram and P/S reservoir on. Make all lines, get a shorter P/S belt( trying to get feed as lowest as possible), bleed system...
Here's a pic to make jimbo happy.

Swepco is really good stuff. Any chance your going to run a filter in the system.

For me.., all hoses other then feed, have  -6 AN fittings. Only power steering filter would be from Hardin marine. As they make one with 3/8 female npt.

I used a standard auto remote filter adapter on the power steering fluid return line...…………..

You can use npt to AN adapters on the filter adapter, then your choice of oil filter.

What micron filter are you using.., I've been reading up, and it seems there are different opinions.., I purchased -6 inline filter. And 3 different micron screens 30,80,and 150.

No idea on the microns.

It's a STP engine filter for a 2000 Harley Sportster.

I'm waiting on oil filter, and 10 ft of hose pressure hose to get here. However..., I have a question for anybody running TC style power steering pump..
Question: can the feed -10 inlet be clocked at 6 o'clock, pointing straight down, this would help with reservoir placement. Any advice would be helpful  :beerchug:

I buy my swepco fluid from summitracing as well.  Plus, depending on where you're at from their warehouses, its super quick delivery.  UPS ground is 2 day shipping for me until i move.

Good question... I don't think that would be a problem, as long as the feed from the reservoir is higher than the inlet on the pump.
Got a pic of the pump?

My 10 ft of high pressure hose came from PSC. This morning I installed the ram to box hoses. Just waiting on 1 -10 AN fitting to get here for the feed on pump. Couple pics of hoses. I also picked up a drivers door panel from recycle rd..
