I actually purchased from jcwhitney. They sent me a 25% off coupon. They are ACC mats.

Awesome, that's good to know. I have always wondered what the quality was of those.  What are your thoughts now that you've installed it in yours?

This is definitely thicker then the stock toyota vinyl flooring. I like having vinyl vs carpet. Noise is definitely dampened. I'm more then pleased with the final result.

Time for some exhaust changes, was playing around today. Noticed front driveshaft has dented exhaust pretty good.

Just found a solution for the 4runner tailgate hinge rattle. Those little plastic things that are supposed to hold them taunt, always break. Only last me 6 months or so..., my junkyard supply ran out. Found this guy on Instagram SHFABRICATION. check him out...in the photo of magnets, that literally as close as I can put them before they start moving. Here's the product, and the guys business card. Will be installing tomorrow.

I don't know what is rattling on your tailgate.  The tailgates on all of my early Toy trucks rattled.

I successfully used this....

... attached to the bed frame where the tailgate sits against.

Don't think any brittleness would matter with this application.

I'll tell you...., these 4 magnets came with a thin foam type material between them. So I unwrap, set on counter. 1st thing I noticed was.., as I'm setting them down there moving..., so I start playing with the magnetic force... I picked up one and tried to put next to another one. BAM.. 1 breaks in half...
