Started disassembly on rear axle. Found my right wheel bearing is no good.

How is the axle wrap with those blocks.

They are part of the leaf pack. I'm not 100% satisfied with them. Have been speaking with a local spring maker. But I'm torn between linking rear, or new custom rear springs...

Had 2 stripped studs, had to weld nut to stud. Decided it was time to replace all housing studs. My local reibes had them. Will need to grind slightly on housing.

I should have gotten one of those gaskets for my rear diff. that cover is still leaking. and I feel if I tighten it any more, that those bolts are going to snap

Wish I could have gotten the into to you sooner, but my buddy sells an upgrade kit to eliminate the stud problems our diffs can have:

Got the ARB 3rd in, and new bearings. I used aluminum foil to line the diff. Took my time making sure it didnt tear. Used approx 7 layers. Grinded what I needed. Cleanup was nice, just folded aluminum foil inward.

Like the foil idea. I usually stuff shop rags in there and end up catching them in fire.

It was my easiest cleanup. I did stuff rags in the axle tube, then foil over everything.

Sweet idea with the foil.  I did the NW stud eliminator kit, happy so far.  Yours looks great, though I need a Lube-Locker for my diff too.
