Dingman.

It is just going to be expensive.

Gears/lockers/ streering/redo hangers/brake components/etc.
I am just going to build slowly as i can afford it.

Well i guess i should get started.  I need to run down to the hardware store and pick up sawzall blades, cutoff wheels and grinding discs.

I think im just going to chop the frame right before the body mount and redo the front of my frame.   Meh :/

Dingman.

Been fighting frame cracking for years, so decided to just cut it back enough to remove cracks and start over.
hopefully it isn't too big of a pain.

Good plan ! the front of yota frames are garbage imo. Its really hard to keep them from cracking right there =\  If you need any more leafs left me know, i still have my front leaf packs off my last truck

Matt what parts do you have?

I still need EVERYTHING!  Especially a rear axle.

I am trying to decide on lockers.
I am going to order some parts monday.  5.38's, probably an install kit,  and i am thinking arb but i dont know if i want to spend the money right now.

Im kind of thinking arb front/detroit rear.   Everyone i talk to says detroits are gay. And to just weld front arb back.  I definitly do not want a spool front because i like to drive my yota around town when it snows.

If i did detroits front/back that would be the same price as one arb.  Ive learned to drive with a spool rear and would do it again but i think i might prefer a detroit out back.

I have the cash where i could buy arbs for front and back but be absolutely broke after and i am trying to avoid that

IronClad

I have my leafs, front crossmember/shackles/hoops. the cross member will need a good bit of grinding as its still on the frame and had a bumper welded to it but highly usable. Xmember/shackles are sky parts and hoops are TG. Other than that i dont have too much left i dont think. You're more than welcome to all of it and you can kick around the rest of my crap and see if there is anything usable before i haul it all off to scrap.  Cant have my bumper though ! =P thats going on the 4runner

Yea i am thinking just getting some 2x3" tubing and welding it together and then plating it really well.

Pick and pull wanted $203 out the door for a 14bolt, and honestly i do not want to pay them that much.

Dingman.

Some parts are on their way.  5.38s, master install kit, arb, mini compressor.
Think im gonna order a ruffstuff cover.
