Got them at discount tire in Chico.  They really hooked it up.. Priced matched a price i found online and beat them.
My tires slightly rub on frame at full steer.  They called me to the bay and the manager and I looked it over.  Seemed very very minor, i told them to just mount the rest of them and if i needed to id be back for different wheels.  He told me he would swap tires over to different rims no charged if i needed to do that, regardless of where i got them..

i already called them about the 2rz swap stuff i need and they have it all, really good prices too, not overpriced.

was gonna head down there today but had a side job lined up.

they have lots of tacomas/t100s on hand..im sure some stock 4.10 diffs wont be too much.

When are you planning on going down there?
There are a slew of things i need for my Tacoma.  Headlight combo switch, little bits and pieces here and there as well.  I wonder what they would charge for front/rear diffs vs a whole rear axle.

sweet tires man, great choice!

Very nice!  Do you remember which manager it was?  I only ask because pretty much all the guys up front are assistant managers.  I've worked with several of the guys there, some for a few days and some for a few years.

I believe his name was Jake?

That's the man!  He is the manager, not an assistant.  Great guy, had lots of fun working with him.  Any idea which wheels you may go for if you do?

He showed me some "tko" i think they were called.  Prob the ones i liked the most "mostly cause they were cheaper lol", but i didnt want to spend money on wheels.   The tires just barely rub frame at full lock.  I think ill just leave it honestly.

Dingman.

Thanks jud.

How you been?  Hows your toyota doing?

Jud

I've been good, just working my life away lol. I have a pretty hefty list of parts sitting in the cab of my rig waiting to get finished. I need a few little things like wiring, plumbing, radiator, fan, tubing and some plate steel to finish up the xmember.

How about yourself? You still at HAD?

@Dingman I was reading through your threads. I see you started your 3.4 swap with an A/T ECU. Did you ever switch to a M/T ECU or did you leave it?

Dingman.

Sorry for the delayed response, I have not been on here in a while.

I kept the automatic ECU for the duration of my time with my 3.4 swap.
