Funny thing is after I posted that pic I went back out to the shop and swapped a bunch of parts and stripped some more of the 94!  I pulled the guts out of the passenger door and put them in the 90, pulled the passenger rear interior off and beat the holy crap out of the body.  I almost got the big nasty mess cleaned up but the cab is till pretty trashed!  I wish I had all the stuff I need to finish this, like GOOD welder, and a torch if I did I would be driving it right now!

I just designed a new style of front spring hanger.  It will wrap around the front crossmember and body mounts.  Im using leftover 3x3 tubing from the rear hanger.  I have 3/8ths plate to build the spring plates out of.  It will be hell for stout and I think Im rather creative myself

I have an actual update this time!  I got the front drop hanger fit to the origional crossmember.  It actually doesnt fit too bad, Ive got a bit of finish grinding to do but thats easy enough.  I dont think it came out too bad considering I cut it out with only a HF grinder and a couple of 6" skinny wheels.

Actually it will come out very nice looking.  Im done with the whole booty fab thing, well maybe not totally but I am on this truck. lol  Im gonna have the 3/8ths plate wrap around the front of the tube so I can move the spring bolts ahead another inch.  They will come down to the bottom of the spring to protect it and be angled forward to act as a mini skidplate/ mount for the bumper as well.

Yeh but I stabbed him in the neck with a dull #2 pencil when he started singing "love me tender" while I was hammering!!

The biggest reason for no updates is I had made the mistake of waiting for a friend to bring his torch and welder to finish the frontend.  Everything hinges on that getting done, because once thats in I can hang the frontend and put the engine in the truck and finish all those damned little things that take so much time.  Well Im tired of bs excuses and trying to depend on someone else and taking matters into my own hands!  Im gonna have it on all 4's tomorrow!!

My understanding from PBB is a fork always works better than a pencil. The pencil allows too much articulation and presents the chance of a rollover. 

Looks like you should have it ready by Memorial day easy at the rate you get things done.
