So are you gonna do the cage yourself WT with your friends muffler bender ? Is it a Blue bullet bender ? A friend of mine has one of those in his muff shop and it's pretty sweet

Actually I think thats the name of the bender, well its blue I know that part at least.  Im not gonna bend the tube myself.  There are somethings that I dont trust myself to do and thats one of them!  My buddie that owns the shop was a pipe fitter for 7 years and is very good at it to boot!

This whole buildup has been all about compromises.  Ive had to compromise on the suspension height vs. bumpstops in order to clear both the steering and the gas tank, now Ive had to compormise the grille and coresupport in order to allow the winchmount and winch to keep the fairlead behind the stinger.  Well I guess you win some, ya lose some right.

Im going to use the 90 grille as a sacrificial lamb to make a decent template before I go hacking on the 94 grille. 

You wanna know something funny BigMike?  Ive never even tried this rock crawling thing before!  The only time Ive even crawled on any rocks were if they were in the way of a mudhole I wanted to try!  This should be a big learining curve.  I just went to the Calrocs event last year and thought it looked kinda fun... and here I am.
