shirt!  Mine suck compared to that.

X2...but all that matters is they hold...and you can cover them with lots of paint.   :gap:  :yesnod:

It's really nice!
When we built the crossmember we had the cases jacked up so high it was pushing up the truck.
When we lowered it down they only dropped 1/8" so I was stoked.

Hey Mini, on my truck I was going to weld on the platforms for the cross member in the position were it would lift the back of the t-case 1" higher than the stock mounting point.

My question is
1. Am i going to have enough clearance between the body and T-case if the T-case is that mush higher? (I have the body off so I cant tell)
2.  Do you think that that tilting my T-case up one 1" is going to hurt anything, I.E oil to motor, more stress on motor mounts... etc?

If you have your body off, I would make your t-case 1/2" above the bottom of your frame and then cut out your tranny tunnel and build a new one. That way you can build a flat belly!

Loosen your motor mounts before you do it. Then retighten them after you have it positioned. I've seen people clock their entire drivetrain 10* to get a flat belly.

Thanks Mini, I have been looking into a flat belly, but i have to set up my cross member, 4-Link, and Drivlines before i make the belly pan.

I agree as long as they hold !!
FUNCTION OVER FORM  !!!
its not how pretty they are but the penatration, as long as its deep and even it will hold.
start with a clean surface and watch what your doing and you too can weld like the pros:yesnod:

You don't deserve Longs untill you brake an axle on the trail and have to limp home.
