I really didn't want to make a shroud out of stainless, but I figured that I wouldn't be able to get to the metal supply place any time soon, so I did cause I had it here.

Anyway, here it is so far. The white is a plastic sheeting that protects the finish while you work it. It will come off to reveal a shinny polished Finnish.  :bling:

You'll just have to wait. If I have to use stainless I want it to look good. I have to finish riveting the lip in and file the ginsu edges down. If I can get back on it tonight I will let you see.

 I guess if I'm not going to hook up the gas gauge I could at least build a bigger tank.

I say just mount the rad 2 the back roll bar. ya it's a lot of piping but  it would run cooler + no mud in the rad   just don't roll thats all.

Enough about the radiator for a while.

Today I started the new fuel tank. I used up almost a full sheet of 16 gauge to build it.

I still have to build the drop tank and put the fill neck on.

May even have to put a tube through it so I can run the E brake cable.

You wanna make me a nice replacement for my runner...maybe one that relocates itself out of the way, unlike the stock tank which is everywhere I don't want it.
IFS is best kept at ambient temperature in a pile of scrap in the backyard.  When kept under a functioning vehicle, it tends to greatly diminish said vehicle's offroad ability.     -reklund5
