Personally I keep looking for the little elves, I know they are there somewhere. I carefully check every picture you guys post to see if one didn't get out of the way when you snapped the picture.

He must have some little helper's.

OK, here are some progress pics. Mark got the supercharger on there, plugged up the oil hole, filled some oil in it,  then redneck engineered a temp hose on it.    :o
Kids don't try this at home, Mark is a crazed trained professional!
He'll have some vid a more of a writeup on it later.

And RS, I have NO idea what you are talking about!!

i'll bet he runs a oil line to one end  under pressure with a return line from the other end, remember the supercharger itself needs oil too  unc

The bearings in the SC are lubed by engine oil (when I get to it) and the front bearing in the nose cone is self lubed, like an idler bearing.

As far as pullies, I can't go any smaller on the SC so I will have to take the ballancer off and machine the stock grove off and make a center shoulder, drill and tap bolt holes so I can make a larger pully to bolt on.

The pullies are 2" and 4". I think I am going to make a 7" pully for the crank and see what happens.

I know your nabors love U

It was always loud and it only blows black smoke cause it is getting more fuel and not enough air.

I turned the fuel rate up a while back which makes it smoke. Now It needs more air.

So how much more power ???

Some, but it only blows 5 psi at redline or more  :yikes:

I need to play with the pullies to get more boost at lower rpm. Here comes some more custom machine work. :_order: more on that later.

So what is that thing doing for your top end? Looks like that thing has some grunt to it now. I've been meaning to ask, what do the OJC guys say about the Nissan power plant motivating your Jeep?
Lator.....
Nissan's need Marlin too. Won't you help?

5 psi @1500 would be ok so long as it comes up to 15psi@ 2000 and 25psi by 3000.

Lator.....

So far it seems a little quicker through the revs, but doesn't show any boost on the gauge driving it. Can't stay at redlline long for fear of having a rod come loose.

I don't think the rev limiter is working like this or it is just now getting up to it's setting.

The engine is rated for 65hp @ 4000 rpm and I bet it is turning close to 5000 now.

The TOJC group thinks it is a locomotive.
