SICK BUILD
85 TRUCK AUSSIE IN FRONT LINCON AROUND BACK MARLIN 4" SPRINGS UP FRONT WITH 63 CHEVYS ON BACK. REBUILT 22R WITH CRAWL CAM AND FEW OTHER THINGS NOTHING HUGE JUST WAITING TO GET PROPANE ON IT. RUNNIN 35'S M/T WITH MY LONGFIELDS 30 SPLINE SUPER AXLES. 4.7's IN T-CASE AND ON THE WAY WITH DUAL CASES. FULL HYDRO WITH TG ROCK ASSULT PUMP AND 2 X 6 AG RAM

Where'd you get the tranny  mount from? Looks beefy  :yumyum:

I used the top plate off the factory mount and then added the tube with bushings.

Made some inner fenders and got the fenders cut correctly...  for now anyways.



got the engine cage painted and put together.





And the bellypan is done aside from a drain hole for the bowl under the transfer case.

Got the ram fitted and in place.  Its all tore down now though, might get around to painting the axle tonight.







And here is the belly all pulled apart.  workin on gettin it all painted tonight as well.

you are so meticulous. you could probably open your own shop if you dont already have one... i look at half the stuff you do and go wow that would take way to long. and i would find some way around it . lol good job :biggthumpup:

I notice you have duals behind that auto what ratio's are you running?

2.28 and 2.28.  Ill be running an atlas later on so I figured Id put the 2.28 in the front and have the lowest gear last.

I actually dont know about the earlier autos.  I think the only difference for my auto was the coupler and shaft seal.

gettin :pokinit: put together...  Ill have to pull the lowers to sleeve and paint but the uppers are there to stay  :D









if the springs are right and all the brake-line stuff is right I should be able to drive it this weekend...  un-finished of course but driveable.

you kidding me? after all the time and work to get those under, not to mention how BLING those things are to get for your rig..........id try and break that thing everytime out. but then again with my track record as soon as i turn my truck on id blow a tooth off the ring gear.

Is there a reason you haven't put front axle shafts in yet? I'm hoping you go with the Longfield CVs. They're bangin'!
