my 1st gen...1980 longbed

earliest picture i could find....stock springs, stock everything...had 31" buckshots on it i believe
(its a picture of a picture so its kinda hard to see)




here it is after putting on the crappy 4in lift and sky's hy-steer, also some 33" BFG's....it works for now but i need to get some money for all the marlin parts!!! cases are comin first...

i took out 16 inches in the rear!!!! it is a good old truck..its been around, pretty much all my friend have owned it before me....it was stock when i got it...then i got some cheapy springs, bobbed the bed, got some steering, had the tires, just got done about a month ago rebuilding the 20r...now its time for all new suspension, tires, locker in front, some cases, and everything else  :yesnod: :beer:

ya its an '80...thats one of the reasons i wanted it so bad!!! hopefully i can just run another case and have low enough gears....well find out i guess!!!

Gettin ready to order some new parts finially....good thing Marlin is having a sale :clap: perfect timing!!!

here is the stuff ill be ordering later this week :beerchug:

- front and rear shackle kits

-tall style shock hoops

- rear u-bolt flip kit

-steering stabilizer kit :eyebrow:

tryin to get the small things out of the way first so i can save $$$ and get some  :turtle: springs, a crawl box :bowdown:, and some new 35's with steel wheels and weld on bead lock kits :yesnod:.....it might take a while but its worth the wait!!!! :thumbs:

I like the bobb just did mine took out 13inchs wanted to keep side marker light so the local police couldnt b   ch about anything since i use mine as a dd/trail rig.

when i comp cut mine i was like CRAP! but then the clearance helps alot.
