Made some Sweet progress today!   8)

Of course now that I installed the spark plug wiring loom, I see that it will interfere with the stock air intake.  Something will have to be modified.   Tired of the wires setting on my header.

And it really hurt somewhere deep inside to put a dirty carb on such a clean engine.  But I know that this carb works great.

They could be mounted to the underside but the base of the loom is still in the way of the intake extension piece, which really doesn't do anything on mine anyway.

:headscratch:  Hopefully this will be OK.  I cant think of anything bad about this except for drawing in hot air over the header.  :dunno:

On another note, I really hate the decisions that Toyota make sometimes.  I just need a bearing for the power steering belt idler pulley.  they make you buy the whole damn assembly including pulley, bracket, and adj nut for a meer $160.   I just need the BEARING you bastards.  of which none of my local parts stores can seem to find it anywhere.

NSK 6204v   how hard can this be.  :dunno:

Well they have a funny way of writing it.  because it says right on it 6204v, and it was in my hand for the parts guy.

I will try your number tomorrow.  :gap:

This weekend went totally sideways.    :scared:  cant go in to detail here.

I tried napa again, gave them the bearing, rummaged through the computer and ultimatly he said no dice (10 minutes totall).  So I hand him the part number you gave me, he looks at computer screen, Perplexed look, walks in back, walks out hands me bearing.  (10 seconds totall)  :hahaha:    thanks for that number.
