Well with some percision torch cutting from Norcal crawler the front suspension is gone, and the rear axle is out. We need to grind everything down on the front and cut the stock perches off the back and then we should be ready to hang the springs. Pictures will be up tommorow.

Pictures. We still need to pull the transmission and torch the crossmember out. I think were gonna make some frame plates, because the front of the frame is looking a little thin.

Rear for f-150s, gonna pull the overload out.

Well we made some slight progress today. Rear shackle, and spring hangers. Were going to run to wfo tommorow for shackles, u-bolts and probably some other crap for the front.

Sweet build so far.
Ya. It's pretty slow since we only work on it once or twice a week, and were trying to keep it on somewhat of a budget by making what we can ourselves. Should be a pretty sweet little rig once it's done.

I will be definilty keepin an eye out on this. Im doin a budget on mine too and like the ideas yall are comin up with

Definately. I will never buy a rig again after all of the crap I found on my 91, plus you always end up changing most of it to the way you want it.

Rear springs are hung. Still trying to figure out how were gonna get this thing up and on the axle without the front sliding off :haha:

91 ex-cab

New name is officially the sketchy build. Zebracrawler told Del and Trevor at wfo concepts that the u bolts being a 1/4" to big doesn't really matter since it's kind of a sketchy build anyways, they got a kick out of it. They did hook us up with the correct sized u bolts, definately nice living next to such a great shop.

Back is done, except for shocks and were probably going to pull the overload out. The front is just mocked up with the stock rear springs and shackles, while we figure out what were gonna do.

Bump.

Front axle is hung. Those are the stock rear springs that we still need to ad leafs to.
