I have a worse habit of being stupid on the

OK so you haul the birfield's, other spare parts, hi-lift, spare, and beers and we'll haul the lawn chairs, tent, and beams and cokes. And the dogs.
Life is like a bowl of beer flavored chocolate covered dog turds.. it makes no sense. :pokinit:

Hey Willy, your shackles are on the wrong end of the front springs.

Instead of taking all the time to get everything setup for all the custom fabbed parts to fix you driveline angle why not just run a 3rd gen clearanced or 84-85 cv rear driveline?  The first gen cv you tried to use wont allow enough droop to do a damned thing no wonder you angle sucked. ;)  Id go 2nd or 3rd gen driveline LONG before Id start casting parts.  I know its a blast to do stuff like that but your over thinking it.

Mr. W
Where did all of your flex go?

In the first picture there is lots of flex, on the wall the rear tire is off the ground....?

I know and that has me conserened. I took the CJ front springs out of the rear and moved the Marlin 3" front springs to the back. I installed Marlin 4" springs in the front in place of the 3" springs with a leaf removed. This is much stiffer than before and is causing less flex. I just don't have enough weight to bend the springs. I plan to remove a leaf from both front and rear to make them softer. I had 24" before and now I only have 20". I also have an idea brewing with air shocks. I will wait to see what happens after removing the leafs.

Removing the leafs should work good, the Mammoth cant weigh more that 3000lbs.

I bet it's less than 2500 lbs. I am only running 15 psi in the tires and that is too much.

we need to take it to get it weighed. It would be interesting to find out how much it does weigh.

You should start a guessing thread for the weight!
The winner gets to drive it through the little sluice box! :talkingn:
