painted my new knuckles and hi-steer arms today!  :bling: pretty excited about these bad boys. just wish it was a lil cooler outside so i could work on my pig.

thats allot easier than taking the old ones off and re-coating them with paint.  are those wider? they look it a little bit. that'd be neat if they set'em up to not run spacers at ifs wms.

And i know your always thinking about them, but it won't be done unless you 7th stud them, haha

And time to dual calipers so you can do stoppies in your truckie

Nice. You ever break studs with your full hydro and the six shooters? I've broken some stock studs with my hydro assist and stock knuckles. But I'll have arp studs in these bad chickens.

Me and Early got my six shooters installed saturday night! along with some knuckle gussets and new inner axle seals :) I am very happy with everything. Except I had to grind out part of the passenger side knuckle to get the caliper bolt in. And i had to grind a lil bit off the passenger side caliper to fit. It wasnt too much, maybe a 1/16th of an inch. :dunno: but after a few  s the job is done and feals great. It will be nice to know i have the added strength of the six studs and the knuckle gussets next time im in the rocks.

I have had a coolant leak for some time now. I thought it was just because i didnt silicone the thermostat cover surfaces. But i took that apart siliconed it. Found out the leak was actually comming from behind the thermostat which is the water pump. :shake_head: So hopefully if its not too hot this weekend, I'll dig into this project.
The water pump on these 3.0s is deep on the front of the motor and requires removing the timing belt to get it off. So Im just gonna replace the front crank seal, water pump and timing belt while Im in there. wish me luck :)

Ill try and post pics of the process for others with the 3.0 V6

TG 5" with a few leafs removed and one stock rear ifs leaf added. Probly gonna take another one or two TG leafs out and throw in another flatter leaf. Jusst messin with springs at the moment. And I have a full tool box in the bed, with complete axles for the front. A bunch of tools/oil and :pokinit: .. aaand 200lbs of steel in the back. I usually drive around with just one of the wieghts tied down in the back, cause it rides better with wieght. (the springs arent as soft as they look) but i was clean'n stuff at work and found a second one so I figured I'd throw it in and see how it felt. :beerchug: I think two is too much though.

ya man I know a pretty sweet spot past waterfall. Big gravel area and grass for tents and a fire pit with rocks around it.  its hard to describe but i could show u on a map. But its a long ways from crushers.

Also fixed my anti wrap leafs today. Put some stainless steel bands around them then duct taped the bands so they wont wiggle around. Gonna bring a c clamp and strap incase they break.
