after doing some math,  i have decided  that 5.29's  would be best,  that will move my  rpms   at 55 mph  into the 3200  range  where i want them,

if they were mechanics worth a they wouldn't be working at a wal-mart auto center, they'd be at a proper repair shop making good money.

eggzactly   thats what i meant,  on some newer trucks  they require  30wt oil in the tranny,  NOT IN MY TOYOTA

               now i have to go play FredSanford  and  get some new oil  and drain and change,  but  you can bet i'll inspect that drain plug  when it comes out

i went by there  but the manager was in a meeting or some  BS  but i cant find my reciept 

talked to Angelo after pulling the drain,  had  some fines  on the magnet,  he said it wasnt damaged,  i put the 80/90 in and drove to town,  and    the noise is GONE

Funny thing is, my truck sounded kinda like that at idle (sounded like a ricer honda when at high rpms) - we called it the angry blue hornet. now it sounds goooooooood with the second muffler.

Well, I figured and later experienced that having the engine at around 5500-6000rpms  and being somewhat stationary got old quick. It was tooooo loud. After all, you could basically see all the way from the tail pipe to the valves (if it were possible to see around corners in the header). Had no backpressure. The second muffler was a fix..I'll take the first one out eventually.
