Got one case today.  Hopefully can tear it apart soon.   So since that's forward shift,  can I basically take my shift rails out of a top shift and change them so I can run this case as my rear case.

Yea I'm hoping to jump on this, this weekend.

Went and pressure washed the cases so they are a little cleaner for tear down.
Popped the flanges off so I can bring them into work and make sure the pattern works with my divelines. If not ill drill them out.

Then hopefully this weekend, along with everything else I have to do.  Maybe I can tear down that case and install my longfield output, and make it a top shift.  Then all ill need to do is find one input and install my crawlbox and my duals will be ready to go.

its a pull out from an apt, 110v big one tho

Jesse drilled these out in a few minutes at work today for me. 

Got my truck kinda pulled apart to fix my frame.  Hopefully get that all taken care of tomorrow and then I can work on my cases.

I think I should order two output seals, just because I do not want leaks.  With that said, hopefully the right stuff rtv.will hold up too.

matt has some badass cleaner havent seen my 3.4 so clean in a long time.  Thats just from spraying the cleaner on and rinsing it off with a hose, obviously if i did some scrubbing i could have gotten it much better.

Also hooked me up with a tcase output seal.  Thanks again

i get it from work, i just fill up a weed sprayer to use it full strength non diluted. its like super clean/purple power but X10. you dont want leave it on aluminum for to long or else it will start etching it. surprisingly certain home depots still carry it.. but you have to buy it in 5 gallons, and its like 40$. so worth it. nasty stuff though if you get the spray on your skin it starts burning bad and you cant inhale and fine mist.

Went up to thomas's house and got my rear tcase done.  Installed my longfield output shaft and converted it to top shift.






Probably spend some time cleaning the outside of the case before i bolt the whole thing under the truck, dont know though, gonna get dirty anyways.

Think i may order another turbo case tomorrow so i can just get this done.

If that happens hopefully i can sell two of my cases to make up some of the cost.
I figure the cost of me buying two of these turbo cases would net me dual 23 splines cheaper than buying two cases and converting them to 23. 

If i end up buying that turbo case, then i am looking to get about 275 for a forward and a top shift.  I can probably get top shift rails. So the forward could be made a top shift.   Sound fair?
