OK folks, we now have all exterior walls up, and all interior walls framed!!  :hyper:

Roof trusses are being delivered next Thursday and they are planning to set them next Friday!

And I have no idea what happens between now and then.  :headscratch:

I just put a bunch of pics in the photobucket at http://photobucket.com/brianandjansnewhouse (most recent ones listed first, in the construction process folder), but here are a couple of my favorites:

My MOST FAVORITE room in the house....our Master Bath:

Looking toward the foyer, beds & baths from the living room (boy's room on the left, guest bath in the middle, master bedroom on the right, master bath and closet are the whole length of the far end of the house):

YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE
AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE.

IF YOU CAN'T FIX IT WITH A HAMMER, YOU HAVE AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM.

Don't those alpacas have disease-ridden bacterial infected spit and urine that smells like a sulphur spring?

I hear they are dangerous.

And they eat their own poop.

Mmmmmm'Kay.....so today they set the posts that will hold up the roof over the patio on top of the garage.  Finished a couple interior walls that I forgot about (two little closets in the dining room), and sured up all of the Tyvec and finished framing in the hole for the front door.  (See photobucket for more)

I don't know if it's in your plans, but make sure you use the space under the stair landing.
Either a hatch to open, or just slide out drawers. (if you do a hatch make it hidden style, where you have to push on the wall so it pops open with out a handle.)
Trust me, you'll love it!

JanMarie13

Ohhhh, we might have some plans for that, Mini.
