Here is a link to getting all your smog readiness monitors to run once you have completed your swap. It details the drive patterns and conditions that have to be met in order to have your EGR, EVAP, 02 sensors, etc to start working. Very useful if you live in CA and you have to have all your monitors running in order to pass the referee.
