It was the valve cover, but for some reason, the paint didn't stick in a couple places, live and learn

I cleaned my spare valve cover with aluminum brightener and then hit it with high build primer, sanded with 220, then painted with a decent spray can. Turned out decent.

We scrubbed my buddies with steel wool & hit it with acetone a couple times & the paint stuck fine on his.

I was able to get a nice base coat on, I think when I was making flames, my fingers are never really clean, always some form of grease or oil on them. I think my finger layed down a thin film of oil, when trying to push crepe tape down, going to sand, clean and paint, then try again

So , all that is left is heater hoses, need to incorporate my on board shower, high pressure fuel line, fittings should be here today, 1 more battery cable, need to fab exhaust, and figure out where my intake is going to go, change oil filter, put oil, trans fluid, and coolant back in. A little more wiring inside, then put dash back in, I did drill 2" round hole for engine harness, moved brake lines away from exhaust manifold, found a good spot for ecu
