I was just wondering how 100 plus trucks are gonna be able to make it on one of Kali's hardest runs in 3 days ?

300 + jeeps do it so it should be easy for yotas right ;)

It's NOT one of cali's toughest, it's one of cali's nicest..

I have driven from sac all the way through the trail taking my time and hanging out.. in less than 24 hours more than once. You could probably run the trail in 6 hours if you wanted to just haul ass and go through it.

The drive to/from sac takes a few hours too..

It's a 4 hour trail with no traffic in a buggy. If you have 35" tires, a crawler, lockers, and bumpers it's easy to do the trail in a day. We plan to have a few different groups going in. We won't stop the entire group each time someone breaks. We will just leave enough people to fix the truck. Then that group will catch back up with the larger slow moving group. Some of the groups may camp at the Little Sluice or Buck Island Lake. Some may make it through to the Springs in the first day. We want to get the BBQ started by 3PM on Saturday and keep it going well into the evening.

We would like to ask that as many as possible bring one bundle of firewood for the party Saturday night.

should we bring anything else to help out??

What he said

I think I have access to a LOT of firewood, just might have to split it, if that'll help  Just need to know someone will have some extra space to bring it up

I have accesss to a big pile of unsplit stumps.  I'll split some of it over the summer, and I can bring up a bedload of fire wood.  I can have more brought up, if someone from the Sac area would want to drive to Vacaville to pick it up.  I just wanna make sure people will have the space to put it on their rigs.
Thanks oddball, and Hyena

Fatboy, we wish you were going to  but there is still time

Ok everyone.  I got a question.  If my friend Nate wants to go to this he can right?  Its not just a toyota thing?  Because he owns an XJ.  Its sweet though...not just a stock pos.

I wasn't saying that it's bad, just pointing out that, after the infamous thread of last year, that he'll still be coming, that's all. Just found it interesting.
