Whitch Americas tire is that?

83 Crawler

o nice, tires look good man

chim

I need to raise the back of my runner up a little and I am running 63" Chevy's.. looks like I already have an overload spring.. Would it be best to get add-a-leafs and ditch the overload.. or leave the overload on there and still add the add-a-leaf?

BHT12

Those tires look good on there.. Have you tested them out yet? kinda curious on how they do compared to the old style

I haven't tried them out yet besides road driving. I have too many things to get done before wheeling.

I need to instal 3rz
Install dual cases
add-a-leafs and re-position rear axle so it doesn't rub
Instal bump-stops

Lots of work to do and all these parts piling up!

Zs Confederate Toy

I wouldnt be complainin bout the parts piling up haha.

I'm not complaining too much ;) But having parts laying around not in action is like having a gun laying around with no ammo.. looks cool but doesn't do any good until you use it for it proper intention :)

83 Crawler

how do they do on the road?

Zs Confederate Toy

I have guns AND ammo layin around but no parts lmao. Wish I did though. I got a 4Runner project I wanna start

I can hit the free-way at 70 and they ride really nice... quiet to... but then again the last large tires I ran were swampers :)

Chim, what are you doing with the old 22RE?  And what condition is it in?  Just curious on if it would be a good replacement for my 91.  I'm just putting a list together for when taxes come in.  I have to save most of it, but usually there is a couple of splurges.  Right now on the list is another trip to Disneyland   :shake_head: and a new fridge.  The shop/beer/aging cheese fridge had to be brought in to replace the one that died in our house.

The motor burns some oil... you cant see it while idling or on start up... it has to be burning it at highway speeds.. My guess would be that it needs new rings and a good valve adjustment. I'm probably going to sell it all for $500 (engine, wiring harness, header, clutch, coil, airbox.. pretty much everything for the 22re).

I got some superbrightleds for my dash this weekend...

Here is what I started out with:

Ended up with this.. I still need a standard heater control because mine had the factory orange tinting.
