you should have came up here. we all had  good time. everyone critqued callens ride. it wont work (   ) you know what sucks is once i get close to catching up to everyone (hyena:linked out an fully built, team ramrod: linked out and fully build now, rockwalker: linked out and fully getting built, sluice box hero: linked out and fully getting it on 42s. all you assholes are doing something wayyyyyy nicer. just when i think im catching up, im so wrong.

ok, nnnnnnnnoooooooooooottttttttttt.  i am surprised they look that good.  i haven't had these out in almost 4 years.  the internal splines on the addapter are a little weird but i think i'll run it till it explodes, then get a marlin addapter.  i'll order the longfield output tomarrow.  hopefully get these back together next weekend.

ya. its a deadenbear knuckle and your rocking the 5 studs in them, you kidding me? w/e i can tell that you DO NOT want to break anymore. thats why your doing absolutely everything to this truck now before its done. no short cuts. wouldnt that make more sense to have that on the ram side?  keep your old knuckles. i might end up needing them one day.

there is no stock arm on the ram side of the knuckle lol.  and my old knuckles are long gone, had to sell them to make some money.  for sure i don't want to break anything ever again.  if i can reinforce it i will.  double sheared the tie rod also, that should helpa lot.  i got the t-cases halfway put back together.  the new output should be here thursday or so.

well, got some bad news.  looks like the big bearing on the output shaft is done for.  doesn't spin to well and it looks like the race was spinning on the old shaft.  i also lost one of the small detent balls that goes on the output shaft too.  not sure what to do now.  don't want to buy a whole rebuild kit for the case and i don't know where to get another detent ball.

I'll check I might have one.  Post a picture of where the ball goes and I'll go look in my stash of toyota case stuff.  I've done 3 dual setups in the last couple months and I'm quite sure i have a few laying around

it is 3 1/2 inches x 7/8 inches wide and had an ID of 1 9/16's.  the detend ball is smaller then the ones for the shift rods.

yeah mine are used to but I know should have the detent ball.  I know that its smaller than the shift ones.  I'll look this afternoon and let you know.
