I noticed the gear set doesn't have any numbers on it. I wounder how it will be registered with no numbers? Or don't they count ?

Actually......................................... that is kinda my fault. I forgot to number 20 gear sets that went out. So Tim had to look in our master book and update the numbers on the computer here. Im sure if you called up no one will have time to check, so I will find out what number yours is on Thursday when I go in to work.

BTW, Love the paint and all the fab work

Thank's Mike, I am getting burnt out on this thing, but I can't stop until it is done or it may never get done at all.

With that in mind, I bent up one half of the hood tonight. It still needs one turn and some finish work, but I think it will be better than a hood full of bondo.

funny story: Our usual auto paint supplier, Ben's, is no longer open on Saturdays, much to our disappointment! So having the day off we were able to get there to get our paint supplies this past Monday.
So, there we were doing our shopping, waiting to be waited on when from behind us we here "Hey, there's Mr. and Mrs. Willy".
Having read it on here so often I didn't think about it for a split second till it hit me where we were and realized someone was actually calling us that in person! It seems Mr Willy had told Mark, the manager at Ben's, about this thread, and he actually checked it out!
We stood about for a good 10 minutes talking about it all. It was a HOOT!
I must say though, bringing up names in conversation like White Trash, Brainless and Fatboy with a local guy we've known for years was more then just amusing, it was connecting. I can't wait for the day we can all meet.

Well now lets see what we got done today.  :flamer: We finished the metal work on the hood for starters and Mrs Mammoth got the body work done on the grill.  :whip: There is a total of 14 hrs building the new hood from a sheet of metal for a total cost of $95.00. :gap:  I even got the Willy stamping in the sides.  Tomorrow we should be able to get the paint work done. :crossed:
