You, me and everybody else would like to see this done. I must say though that I don't think I have ever done a project of this scale in the short amount of time before and it still isn't fast enough.

I started rebuilding the transfercase tonight and it is all but done. All that is needed is to clean a couple covers and push in new seals. The 4.7's and twin stick are allready in. :bud:

It's a single stage polyurathane made by PPG. It's A DCC urathane or in this case a straight DMC 905 mixing base. There isn't anything brighter in a yellow. 8)

Transfercase is done and it's on to the transmision. I had some trouble figuring out how the shifter rails went back in, but my buddy MiniSimp came to the rescue and all is well. If you remmember I shortened the tailshaft housing and now I need to finish up the linkage so it all works properly. I need to weld a plug into the tailshaft housing and bore it out for the shifter shaft. This is where I am so far.

Damn, That is some gorgeous work there...       :psss:    Mrs. Willy Mammoth!
IFS is best kept at ambient temperature in a pile of scrap in the backyard.  When kept under a functioning vehicle, it tends to greatly diminish said vehicle's offroad ability.     -reklund5

Thank you CTENG! :disturbed: But save for the windshield frame and some reassembly, the work I can do on it is about coming to an end.
Mr Willy's going to have to work on all the mechanical stuff.  :flamer:  Wish I could help more with that. :whip: but I am sure he will find some way to put me to good use!  :eyebrow:
