My best guess is it happened on the big rocks toward the end of this video where I was up on my side. The left side was the one that went, but the RH side gear is the one that broke in the locker.]
Yeah that may have done it. I can't hear any popping over the music though

edit:  or are those the older version of the 30's?  Maybe they are the 4340 cages not the 300M?

Yes they are the older 4340. I just need to send them back and they are going to send new ones.

Instead of shelling out $750 for a new ARB, I think I will just use my spare for now. Maybe it will last till I get the house done, then I can get back to working on my plans for the next modifications.

Jeez...he has a spare ARB.  I don't even have one.
IFS is best kept at ambient temperature in a pile of scrap in the backyard.  When kept under a functioning vehicle, it tends to greatly diminish said vehicle's offroad ability.     -reklund5

Willy,

Did you ever find any mechanical injector pumps for the 1KZT?

Willy,

Did you ever find any mechanical injector pumps for the 1KZT?

You can buy new ones out of Australia, but they aren't cheap. Todd at diesel toyz was offering a special pump he was having made up, but has stopped offering them before I could get one.

I am quite sure you could use a 2lt pump with some modifications. but more research needs to be done before that can be considered fact.
