What's a matter don't you trust me?   

So far the only antifreeze I see is the little bit I spilled filling it up. 

So long as it doesent spray out faster than I can put it back in weare in good shape.

You rode with him on the road. You did not ride with him on the trails....with a wheel in the air on the driver side and a 50' drop on your side... it's THEN that you can talk to me about trust.

Well most of the shroud is made anyway. I should know better than to try and speed through my metal work, I tend to miss caculate what is needed and in this case I forgot to layout the top and bottom correctly. I wound up 1" short and the top flange was 1" too far away from the radiator.


Still need to make the lower section to completely enclose the fan and then mount it.

20' x 20' outside dimentions.


BTW, that is a foot sheer. The brake is next to it.

I finished the shroud tonight and got it installed. Even did an air flow test.

THey do, but not in our area. It's gets hilly as you go further north. The most hills we have here are entrance ramps onto the interstate. LOL
