Now, in our driving around tonight the noise I have been thinking was comming from the transmission is actually the left rear axle bearing, or the lack there of.

Good thing I have disk brakes or I would have lost the axle out the side.

no doubt they are up to something. I have t-pins that are keeping stuff hanging on my cube walls that keep going up missing. ANd I know dang well they are not falling out!

I was holding on tight while trying to capture the sound it was making. All this time out on the trails we thought it was dust in the brakes

I may sell them in time, but I am going to hang on to them till I know the 4.88's are what I need.

I pulled it apart and it don't look good.

If I am lucky I may be able to reuse the axle.

I guess when the inner seal went out before MCR4 it washed out all the grease and all the water we play in finished it off.

I am going to replace both sides just in case.

Maybe now I don't have to open the trans
