The people who get what a Mammoth is all about couldn't afford it and the ones that could afford it don't get it.

Waiting for some metal to cool, I got side tract and figured out the air filter situation.

The inlet is even in a good spot for the snorkel.

Just curious, but is that the stock 1KZT air cleaner? if so, what is availability like on the filter?
and secondly, how much of that wire harness do you actually have to use? :yikes:

He just bought a couple filters from the guy in AU (I believe) but he thinks he might be able to source it locally.

$50,000 probably doesn't even cover the R&D that's gone into it.

Motor mounts are done. Now it's time to pull the engine and finish putting the clutch together.

Garbage can paint stand!  Hi tech!
IFS is best kept at ambient temperature in a pile of scrap in the backyard.  When kept under a functioning vehicle, it tends to greatly diminish said vehicle's offroad ability.     -reklund5

I didn't want the engine to move any because of the tight fit. So I made solid mounts like the other engine had.

I started stripping down the wiring to get rid of the parts I don't need. This is what I have left so far.

There more wires there than in the whole Jeep.  :shake_head:

dont forget to use high quality shielded wire for the two sensors otherwise you'll get a lag during acceleration.

I'll send my recommendations to the Queen of England to confer the title of "Knight" for you.
