So. I finally got my frame back from the powder coaters! Looks like they did a great job. http://www.tacomapowder.com/ The owner even trailered it to my house for me! What service! It is semi-gloss Black, with the primer coat.

Didn't take me long to get the front bolted on. The rear bolted on. The gas take and skid plate bolted on. It's greased and ready to go!!!!!!

Its sitting on 31's now, Just imagine her on 38's!!

If you see it, its for sale.

That thing is way to pretty to be on this board, you need some spider webs and oil on that frame. Its just such a far cry from the norm. It's  :shocking:

Dont worry Im only insanely jealous.

Got some good stuff done today. Its going slow but going. I feels good to bolt something on for the final time! GET IT DONE!

Bought V6 front brakes from NAPA. These things look nice. They are painted and clear and bolted right up. Gotta figure out what todo about the brake line, but that will some with time.

Put my 3rz in and bolted the mounts in. SOLID!

Bolted up the rear shocks and Front steering stabilizer.

Where did this come from? I guess I will bolt it on.

I noticed a little leaking from the rear. Nothing worse then a leaky rear. I took it off and cleaned everything up. I also spent about 10 min running a tap in the Fly Wheel bolt holes to clean em up. The Fel-pro seal came with a crappy looking gasket so I used Ultra Gray. Good Times!

IT SO SHINNY!!

So the FSM called for 19ft Lbs plus 90* turn. In the end it was about 75ft Lbs

I guess at some point in life I will have to by a Slid Hammer, But who needs em when you have a 22re head bolt, grinder and a massive socket. MUHAHAHAHAH!

Next thing is a New clutch then I can bolt up most of my drive train. You want to buy me one?

Ok, nothing new bolted on, to be honest I've even took a few steps back, having removed and in the process of selling my front and rear axles...

I also cancelled my order for the FROR full float rear and ordered custom diamond axles. 62" in the front with 5* of positive caster and 61" in the rear. Also with the full float rear using 1980's Supra rear calibers. Turn around is fours weeks for nothing todo but wait. And work lots of overtime to pay for these little spendy jewels.

.375 wall 3.5" tubing with ΒΌ inch plate making up the pumpkin. These things are massive! And I hope the only axles I will ever have to buy...

If you see it, its for sale.

HDcruiser

Wow bro, i cant wait to see the new axles...  your build is looking good

zippo

***Sigh*** Another two weeks minimum on my diamond axles. Nothing todo but work to pay for em.

Slowly assembling everything todo my 3rd and paint and everything... Good Times!

Oh yeah I just ordered me a full float rear from FROR.

I threw up when I had to pay for it. It's a spendie. But nice.

should have looked for a fj60 rear end.

I hate waiting for a package. I was in a dead sleep and heard what sounded like a knock at the door. Thinking it might be the UPS guy, i sprung from bed and ran to the door, flung it open, and my f'en cat playing with the door. Then I couldn't go back to sleep. F'en cat.
