no better feeling. What fuse block, wiring harness are you using
Colorado...its where the cool kids live

zippo

It's a Painless universial 12 fuse block. I wish I had gone with the 18 or the mico panel, it has an EFI fuse already in it. If you look I had to add an extra fuse panel one for my EFI and ODBII ports. It's also nice I have 4 extra fusable points for anything I want. Seat Warmer?  Another odd thing toyota does is relay all their lights, that is why you see so many relays. I also used the 3rz "open relay" which is part of the fuel system.

This setup also remves all fuses and what not from the engine bay, which is what I wanted.

So I started trying to get things finished and done.

Started preping for the PSC high flow pump and High Output Alt.

I modded the intake my drilling and tapping three holes. This is where i will fab and mount my PSC fluid overflow.

Longs anyone?

Longfield inner hub gear.

I wasn't happy with the Longfield trans case shaft, so i got a Marlin one and installed it. This thing is massive. I need to install my trans parking brake before it ding the nut.

Well the header issue is over, This cutom 3rz swap header from LCengineeing is awesome! I'm told they are going to start selling them so get in line!

I will post more pics of it bolted up when I get home from work! I still need to send it back after test fitting for the ceramic coating.

What did you not like about the longfield output?  I might be ordering one of the two soon

zippo

Well I got it in. With some mod. It looks good!

First I used a hacksaw and file to cut the little useless tab off the oil filter mount.

I found it contacted the bellhousing from this unused bolt hole. This also had to go...

A little more work and I will make it match with guard

A little more clean up and I will have a good 1/8th to 3/16th between the bellhousing and the header. Unless they want to rework it, good to go for me!

He took it back no questions. I did talk to him about it and he took them and turned the sharp edge down. I wouldn't hesitate getting one, just went with the Marlin one. His stuff is nice.

Front Axle is DONE! ARB's running 5.29's, inside custom Diamond Axles, PSC hydro assist ram, Longfields, Marlin 25mm Highsteer, Upgrades wheel studs, ARP hub studs. Oh yeah....

I have seen this done before in a few places, some people love it others hate it. I like the idea and added a zerk fitting to the knuckle fill plug.

Drilled and tapped the plug.

DAMN dude! and i love that tapped fill plug, ill be hitting you up when i do an SAS, for tapped fill plugs with zerks.

so- why all the high-zoot parts and no high pinion, that has been a must have in all my recent builds, do they make an arb for the high pinion?

Dingman.

Yes they do.  I have a high pinion arb in my front end

I had to buy a 10 pack to get the two zerks I needed. Send me your plugs, return shipping and consider it done.

Still digging this build; it may be taking a while but it's being done with top-notch parts so you won't have to worry about anything on the trail (which would put you back to square one) and aren't cheap. If we were all rock stars we'd be posting about the latest and greatest thing we installed every week.

I didn't have a high pinion housing around the house and well money was tight when I built me diffs so I just didn't get one. I can always switch it out later!

It's nice, I'm definitely glad I have one.  Regardless, that front axle is schweeeet

PSC pump is bolted up. I really like my overflow mount. Its a little tight and will need to stop by my local hose shop to see what tricks they can do to get them hooked together.

Thats sick!

Not gonna cause any clearance problems when you close the hood is it?  I just know the 3.4 swap is really tight, but not really familiar with your swap.
