Any guy who takes his woman wheeling enjoys her. A woman who is owned is left at home to cook, clean, and keep beer cold. So if this offends you you should stop looking and go have some tacos.    :rofl2: And a beer. If your old enough.   :beerchug:

well, im on spring break and so far iv been working on my truck non stop. lots of sick shits been going down in my garage the past few days. i ripped out my old crapy rear stock lift springs and put 6in allpros in, at school i made my own spring hangers, shackles, and make u bolt flip plates for some u bolts i had. pulled one leaf out of the set and seems to be tits. i also added rear bumps along with front ones which i did a couple weeks ago. so as far as suspension goes everything's way legit. somehow my rear axle ended up not being forward enough (even thought i went 6 inches forward from stock) which at first bummed me out. but now im actually stoked it made my runner look better and stretches the wheelbase a litttle bit.

after i realized that it was back to far i decided might as well do a fully legit fender trim to compensate, wasnt really planning on doing it anytime soon but said flopp it and went for it. not done yet but it turned out way more legit than i could have imagined. i also had to make new sheet metal wheel wells for it. i cut about 4 inches out all the way around, and make a new oval design instead of the stock look. it looks just like billys white runner (ramrods buddy). i checked the math and i can fit 42s if i want. it definitely sets my runner off, it also looks bad ass couse i had to compensate for the axle being back 2 inches so it almost looks like i slightlyyy bobbed my bed. im also stoked on being able to fully flex out front and rear and not having my tires even come close to scraping... couse that :pokinit: was annoying. im gonna do the front tomorrow to match the rears amd also extending my drive line.

also being done a lot of little maintenance :pokinit: on it, i  had a snapped stud at the bottom of my third and stated to leak... luckily i was able to fix it without having to pull the axles and third. had to finish building  the front shock mount to the axle. had to take my top off and reroute a new xm radio antenna couse mine got ripped off by a big branch the other weekend.

here are some shity teaser shots of the new unfinished fenders. ill take lots more of the rear suspension, both fenders, and some other :pokinit: that iv done to it lately and post it soon.

thanks callen ill have to come get it this weekend and chat with you, if you are gonna be around. and damn u cody. as far as rig goes.. all im going to say is i have plans this summer and it involves not wheeling for a while, building a sick ass taco. and parting out the runner. never thought id feel this way this soon but im ready to move on to bigger and better things. dont get me wrong my truck wheels great but im just over owning an older venicle and now i know what to do and what not to do so i can do it more right the first time. besides that im keeping my mouth shut couse i dont like to post up :pokinit: untill its in the happening stage. theres always way to much of 'i want to do this and im gonna do that' but it never happens so thats all im saying.

Dingman.

-Matt-

ya but to me its just another stock as runner with 37's on toy axles. its at the stage where i either redo EVerythingg and go big and legit, or just get something im going to be happy with and built it legit and how i want it the first time. i have enough working, and wheeling experience to know what i want to do now, so im gonna do it. it takes a lot for me to get over something but once i am im Completely over it. this is how i look at it.. it was a perfect truck to learn stuff on and get to know my :pokinit:. but now im ready for something bigger and better, more of a challenge. ive also always been into doing clean legit work and am really motivated when it comes to working on my truck so what better than to do it on a tacoma. and my plants aren't jsut another taco on leaf springs, looking at doing similar things like what booger weldz did to his taco on pirate or another influence is my buddy mike (rock yoat) on the marlin board.

Well right on man I look forward to seeing what you end up doing. Let me know when you start parting your runner out I might swoop on some stuff.

-Matt-

ya i will let everyone know on the board. i dont plan on wheeling that truck anymore, ill still take it on camping trips but im done rock crawling it. this might sound stupid to some people, but i could easily sell my whole truck couse its way legit but i couldn't stand to see someone else wheel that thing after everything if put into it as far as hours, love, and money. it would really weird me out. so the only thing im down for is parting it out.
