it actually doesn't leak at all just some grease residue seeping around the felt from it being hot here. i try and keep the truck far from being a driving menstrual leaking machine.

ok so heres my problem. i need to get mt rear driveline resized since i just put duals in, i want to do a legit job so little buddy had a spare cv laying around that he game me so i could get it clearanced and put on the rear. the one he gave me was from an ifs setup that has very little angle. the guy who's gonna do my driveline (professional) says that he doesn't think thats going to work and that i need to find the stock straight axle one since it has more clearance to begin with. he said he can only clearance the ifs one to about 21*. this is my first time dealing with this so i need some people opinions what have gone through this. do i need to find a more legit one or is that enough clearance...couse he doesn't think so. im not extremely lifted but either way i just want it to be legit and not bind up.

measure the angle on your driveline right now when its under your truck, and see if it has too much angle for the IFS joint.  also find the max angle the joint can go to so you can see if it works.  i dunno if you already knew about that or not, just thought id throw it out there.  i used an IFS joint on my rear CV driveline and it works great. but i have a shortbed with a single case.  it still has plenty of angle left also before it will bind.  well see what happens when i put in dual cases soon.... i was amazed at how easy it actually was to make a round tube driveline in my garage and make it not vibrate. it doesnt vibrate up to 85 and i dont even have it balanced yet

haha i know seriously, but usually i only feel an update when its worthy. we need to go wheeeling together ASAP. are u going to the roundup? and for an update im getting 37mtr's this week,hopefully. for 650$ with 90%. my tires are very close to toast and deff have seen better days.

MC07 was awesome, had such a good time even thought i felt like i didn't get that much wheelin in. had a few stupid unexpected breaks... im a dumb-ass and put dexcool in my radiator couse i thought coolant was coolant and is what i had laying around at the time, but that caused some radiator sludge/overheat issues. also had a power steering belt break during the beast half of the trail so that took the fun out of it. and to top it off i went to jump in my truck while it was on this tall ledge and when i did my knee slammed into my turn signal and snapped it off  . i was pretty suprized to see that it seems like a good 80% of the trucks there were huge with atleast 42's. i was expecting to see more street legal trucks. band was awsome and dinner was amazing. best part of that night was i won the last grand prize whyich was the 25mm knuckle bearing kit. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO STOKED on that. Thank You Soooo Much Marlin!  i havent been that happy in forever. this new part is to bad ass its twice as beefy as the stock trunnion bearings and the center stud that holds them in place. (don't know the name of that part) i plan on installing this addition asap. the only downside is that the part i have to get pressed out is smaller in diameter than what marlin builds his steering with so im going to have to get it machined and the new piece pressed in, which shouldn't be hard at all. i didn't have the money at the time to go with nice high end hysteer so i bought one from downey... which came to my door in a trail gear box.... pissed me off but hopefully the majority of my money went to downey. so that's one of the only downsides- is its not compatible unless i get the hole machined larger. the upside is that im sure a lot of people will have this problem when this part comes out so ill post pics and be the demo dummy. not only is this part heavy duty but it also eliminates the studs on the bottom of the knuckle, the plate is counterboared and uses 4 hex allen bolts. no more rock catching knuckle studs i have a feeling that the semi mild death wobble i have will also disappear when i install the goods. here are a few pics of the 25mm bearing kit

no this is a whole different package. its more of an upgrade than a replacement.. if that makes sense.
