another old school project with a small diesel? nice!!!! no other way to do it. if i thought there was a way to cheaply swap a diesel into my truck i would totally do it. nice find.aslo is this the reason the Mammoth wont be ready for MCR?
5 pages of this build and they haven't even got it home yet!!
If you took the bsing and chatter out it'd boil down to about 4 pages....
toyminator2000 – There has to be dumb people in order for there to be smart people
Actually the plan had always been that we were going to get one of those to build as a DD/light trail rig so we could take the dogs with us too, and sleep in it when it wasn't worth taking the LBC out.So he figured, rather then spending the money on a beater now might as well start on what we want. Of course we were thinking he might be able to get this running with the engine it had in it. When he found the deal on the motor so close to that we couldn't pass it up oh well. The best laid plans and all that..it was a fun road trip and it will be so cool in the long run! Imagine seeing the Mammoth towed by this?
You are shocked? The making of the mammoth is 118 pages. If you took the bsing and chatter out it'd boil down to about 40 pages....
