did you weld a nut to the broken bolt in this last pic?
Duff you should tone it down and quite breaking stuff on that motor!!

Just replace the whole fawkin truck while you're at it, it'll be faster! Make sure you bring that bolt breaking strength to Dave's when you go.

no, it is the bolt under the damn distibutor. I was loosening it and it was one of those "...that didn't feel good...give it another twist. POP" type of breaks.

the research I did, the comp cams put out almost no torque gains down low. I'll post my findings later.

Ive seen it 2x as well once was passenger side, the other was a wrecked truck and was driverside, although the pass side took the brunt of the collision.
