Oh and a weight comparison on tires for you.

Toyo Open Country MT's
35X13.50R15LT           83 lbs
37X14.50R15LT           92 lbs

Interco IROK
37X14.00-15LT           69 lbs
39.5X13.50-15LT        76 lbs.
14/42-15LT                95 lbs.

Goodyear MTR
37X12.5R15               67 lbs.
40X13.5R17               93 lbs

BFG MT KM2
37X12.5R17              72 lbs.

This is all I could find on the BFG and Goodyear tires.

I have been driving on 37's with a 4 cyl. a few years now and I'll admit it is not exactly desirable but if from the weight that you can see that most of teh 37's are you can just get the 39.5 irok and have about the same weight.  The IROK's are cheaper and if you do burn them down faster you can just buy another set.  In all reality how much will  you be driving the truck on the road.  I'm willing to guess that you will probably not even drive it enough to warrant needing to replace your tires before your ready to build/buy another rig.
