So its been awhile since I updated this....
Just finished most of it today. Still have a few things to finish before our anniversary run next weekend. The passenger seat needs to be put back in along with the harness for that side. The shoulder harness needs to go on the driver side too. I forgot to take pics of the new exhaust I built today. Its all 2 1/4" mandrel bent parts I bought from speedway motors and a flowmaster esque muffler to replace the old flowmaster due to the legit flowy having a thick cross section the made it too close to the floor with out hanging under the frame.
So first off I cut off the driver side shock tower to put it back together after I had to cut it and add a dog leg to clear the old steering box. Its sleeved with 1 1/4" .120.
Added a crossbrace between the towers to help protect the engine in the semi likely event of a rollover.
Totally rebuilt the rear shock mount. Finally got to put the bilsteins on the back.
Just got the cage painted and reinstalled yesterday. Put the padding on it tonight.
