Would you guys just hug and get it over with

Lets see some updated pics of the rig.

WHITE_TRASH

The truck sat for about a year torn apart after I sold some parts off it to keep the electricity on while I was out on the road (I drive semi)  A few very good friends including ShawnB came to the rescue to get it put back together and up and running again for my wedding.  Oh yea, I got married...   There were 7 rigs in my wedding, including psychotoy's sami buggy that brought my wife to the "alter".

Here's a pic from a couple months ago.  Dove nosed it and went with full hydro steering. Sitting on 42's now too

I took it wheeling of sorts at a local spot.

Then on a snow run I wasted #3 and #4 rod bearings.  So it came home and got a complete engine rebuild.

Full hydro, 186:1 with an auto and 44's what could go wrong??

cgbemis

Aaaaaahhhhh. Much better.

Still MIA.  I'm 99% sure I know who stole them but there isn't a damned thing I can do about it that wouldn't end with me looking like a snitch...  I'm a lot of things, but a snitch just isn't one of them.

Oh well, I know he can't use them and if he sells them Ill get them back so Ill let him keep them behind closed doors till they dry rot into oblivion. :)  But I must say, I like my 42's better so far.  Just waiting for the 43" sx's to come out and Im all over them with the 42's and beadlocks going up for sale.

I avoid myspace like the devil himself...  Nothing good can come from having teenyboppers and childmolesters mixed with emo morons hanging out in one place....  :hahaha:  If you could get ahold of him and have him pay me a visit here Id be much appreciative.   Believe it or don't but I may have even missed you a lil'bit too lilbuddy..  :gap:

And its a bit different than just him getting popped as a thief.  He's a dope dealer for one but whatever no biggy, he's in with a bunch of car thieves aswell.  The last thing I want is my rigs to start coming up missing.  Easier to just sit back and wait it out.   ;)

You need to stop painting with colors that damage computer screens  :gap:
If you still have control you aren't going fast enough

WHITE_TRASH

Not going to happen.  My wife (fiance at the time) painted the truck with that big pink graphic and fluorescent flames on the nose.  I swapped fenders when I did the dove nose so I shot everything in semi gloss black till I have time to shoot it all again.  It is going to be the most obnoxious truck ever.....  :gap:

No argument on that one.....  Just wait about a month, Ill have the cage done and it'll be ready to shoot with the new paint scheme...  :suprised:

WHITE_TRASH

I have all the build pics at home of what was done but here's a general rundown.

New bed, dovetailed and bobbed

Dove nosed with inner fender wells removed

Chopped the roof off and gave away the original cage

Rewired the whole truck, charging system got updated with the battery behind the passenger seat

Made new shifter handles for teh trans and front case so they match the marlin twinstick

Traded the HP housing empty straight across for a e-locker converted to cable.
traded the lockright from that diff for a sammy body for an upcoming renovation...

Just put a 1600lb marlin clutch in with the freshly rebuilt engine.

New engine is .40 over with an engnbldr crawler cam

Replaced the exhaust system front to back.  Now the exhaust exits above the driver side slider in front of the tire

Moved the AFM to the passenger side and rewired everything under the hood

Im currently changing the bumper design.  Leaving the center nose pick but changing everything else.  I actually cut the bumper off and moved it up a couple inches making it MUCH cleaner approach.

After my chrome mods with long beadlocks and 38"sx's got jacked I bought 42"tsl's on black crawler wheels with beadlocks from a local guy.

Its got full hydro steering now.  The tie rod is SOLID 1 1/8" 4340 CroMo hooked to CroMo 3/4x3/4" heims on marlin 6 stud billet arms.  I found a loophole on buying the 6 stud knuckles without giving money to trailgear so thats next on my list.

Rear shock tower/hoop/ghetto fabulous setup has been removed and made a helluva lot cleaner and simpler towers.

Thats about all I can think of right off the top of my head.  Im redoing the brake lines on the front axle so they are like a landcruiser with a single drop down line and short flex lines at the wheels.  Im picking up my 10 point cage next week on my way back through sacramento so it'll be going in shortly thereafter.

I uesd a rear brake hose for late seventies Ford F-250 from the parts store for less than $20. It is plenty long and has 3/16" lines at the junction block and has a bolt hole so it can be bolted down secure to the axle. I used stock rear toyota truck brake hoses at both front corners. They have the proper thread for the front calipers. You will have to flare a metric to standard steel line that runs along the axle but that is easy. It is a good setup and hasn't given me any problems yet.

WHITE_TRASH

Thats the idea.  I found all the parts I need to run stainless braided or even carbon fiber braided from www.speedwaymotors.com for about the same price as going with standard stainless lines.  The circleburner lines are real cheap and sorta bling..  And you know Im all about the bling...  :hahaha:

A lot of the truck was done by some very good friends while I was out running around the country for system transport.  Ive since pretty much redone everything they did to fit what I want.  Not that they did a bad job at all, dont get me wrong the truck did what it needed to do.  But it didnt have my touch...  ;)

Now Im running reefer down to hayward and back up to either portland or seattle every week I have 3 days a week off to work on my junk. :)
