I figured out the trans problem. The transfercase was putting a side load on the tailshaft causing it to bind. I clearanced the tailshaft housing and it turns free now. Must have had something to do with snatching out those 5 full sized trucks last weekend. It is all back together and working fine now. Even 5th gear works. Amazing how a simple snap ring can make a difference. :_oops:

We are going to drive it tomorrow when we go looking at motorhomes.  :crossed:  I'm not worried about the Willy, I just hope we can find a motorhome we can afford and they will take our trailer as a trade.
