this is where I'm at, got new rearend perches off, marlin full diff cover on, old rearend out, have third setting up(gasket maker) in new rear. Tomorrow will get axles in, on it's own weight, set pinion angle( 2 degrees lower than shaft angle). Tack, pull axles, then weld perches on. Fab some bracket to hold e brake lines. Should be running tomorrow, then all that is left is weld bumpstops.

Got rearend under truck,axles in, tires on,on it's on weight, zeroed pinion and driveshaft, they at 15 degrees, then set pinion at 13 degrees, tack perches on tore all down, have rearend housing out,getting ready to weld

Well. Just took it for a spin around the block. Feels good. Just need to install bumpstops and rear shock mounts on axle

nice! i have the same shock bar, took him a month to mail it but i like it,

u arnt worried about your shocks botting out when loaded down with gear, my 12s did i had to go to 11s

im going to take it back to the forklift tomorrow, my bumpstops are adjustable, I used 2" dom and 1 3/4 dom, a little sanding and they slip together welded 2 inch on u bolt plates, if needed ill adjust them

battery tray is angle iron, I made two at separate bottom trays, then welded them together, I getting ready to relocate batteries to under bed.
