:smokin: always wanted to so this... You should camp near us at round up and we'll trade you cold beers for hot showers! What are you useing for a pump on the shower side?

OVRAROK

The pump is a flo jet, pumps 1 gallon a minute at 35 psi, also made a plate with quick disconnects

I'm a big fan of the nutserts, FYI you should look into the knurled nutserts in the future. They typically have a slightly larger flange and most importantly the knurled body really bites hard and prevents them from ever spinning. If you like the thread setter gun you should check out the studsert guns available...way badass! Just my  :twocents:

 nice work!

I figured driver side fender I could see the most

So after reading the instructions, I realized I had pump upside down, flipped pump, and ran all lines, just need to plumb into coolant flow, and wire in switch

I have dreamed of doing this exact same thing to my rig. You sure are making it look easy buddy. I also just noticed you have a 1st gen truck grill  :smokin:

OVRAROK

Need 1 hose clamp to fill coolant and burp, now I need hoses for water side and shower, put fender back on , leaving black plastic off until checked for any leaks

Dingman.

Dave, what about bending some tubing and run a bar from your bumper to your sliders, inside of the fender?  Like the guys do with partial exo's.  It would strengthen your bumper and protect all the on board shower you just installed

megaphoneman

i know a guy who could do that..

Blaaaahhhhhhhh
