Hahaha The neighborhood kids love him! Every time I am in the garage they ask to see the singing fish.

Little update because I am bored.

Trimmed the bed for the tanks.

Notched the lower sections of the bed so it can slide forward.

Now the wheel wells line up a little better.

Looks great. Makes me miss my first gen even more. I just did a tire carrier similar to that but mine swings open and is removable. You'll love the weight being farther back like that though, makes the weight balance way better.

Hahaha I thought of giving you a call. But figured if you still had it it would be under 6 ft of snow. Hows yours coming along?

Congrats dude! A house is definitely key, you'll have that longer than the rig.

Haven't done much lately, finish welded one side of the bed last week, what a pain in the a$$.
Also mildly ported the intake to match the head. Took about an 1/16 of an inch out. It's not great, but a lot better.

Thanks buddy, What a pain in the a$$ it was. Also put the chopped fenders back in, it was nice to do some sheet metal work that didn't have to look great.

Got the motor in. Started bolting stuff on, but cleaning and painting everything first. Also sectioned the wheel-wells.

Wheel wells look nice.  I really like this "bed" you've got going on here.  Looks like a real bed, but in fact is way more functional and thought out.  Whenever I wheel a pickup I always seem to just throw stuff in the bed, and then it goes all over the place.  I guess you won't (can't) really have that problem.  You're gonna love the LPG.

Thanks man, it's been a ton of work but is turning out good. I am still going to build in cooler mounts, spots for tools, hard mount driveshafts, and spots for my tuff-boxes. I hate stuff flopping all over the place when I am wheeling. I can't wait to wheel with LPG and all the smog stuff gone!!!

Thanks bro! my only advice is build the cage before you need it. My trucks cab is beat up from multiple rolls pre-cage.

If you haven't done it yet, I would highly recommend the DIY Hydro assist setup, there is a write up on here.  It's really easy, and well worth the $200.

Motor mounts look good.  Get ready for some vibrations!

That would be nice. But I haven't had any drivetrain issues with the 37's so we are going to try to keep it that way. hahaha

Yea I am running hydro-assist and love it! I have run those motor mounts for 2 years now and never noticed any extra vibration, gotta love having a well balanced motor.
