Finally got the other side plated and in. It was a pain to match the side cause of the steering shaft. But turned out well.

Yea, I hear you. We live on a very secure culdisac and it will be stored in the back of our place once I get my other trailer out of there.

Got the bump stops on one side figured out. They just need a little tweaking.
I put the shocks a little too inboard because I was worried about them hitting the tires, but they have plenty of clearance, so that's causing a little trouble on full droop. Also going to round out where the bumpstop plate. Prob just cut off the corners so its an octagon. It's coming along nicely though.

Thanks. It's getting there. I wanna go fast....er than I used to. Need to see if foa will trade some 14 inch shocks for 12's cause the 14's I got for the rear are huge!!!

The bump looks cool. I'm curious to see how they work.

They work awesome. We run them on Bret's race truck and his are even cut down and they are smooth. Soft on the top then progressively get harder.

Moved everything around so the shocks clear the bumpstops and messed around capping the mounts.

Also grabbed some buddy's 10 inch 5160's and 12 inch 5150's incase I don't have time to get new foa's for the rear before KOH.

Thanks! Starting to get a little nervous on time. Still gotta finish weld the whole front end, rebuild my steering box, put in all the new ps pump ect, rewire a bunch of the stock harness, build and paint the front axle, figure out my rear shocks(if foa ever calls me back), move the jack on my new trailer, change the shocks in my dodge, and pack. I only have 7 days off before we leave. Good times.

But got these done today.

The picture with the new bump stop mounted, is that ride height? Please post up after KOH with how well those bump stops perform.

Slolyfe

At ride height there is about 3/4 inch between the bumpstop and pad. My driver has cut his in half and they still work great. So I figure once I start hitting it at KOH I can always cut them down.  Hahaha

Got the front together, battery relocated, got rid of all the smog wiring. Filled all the tanks for hammers. The rear bumpstops are in just waiting for the new rear shocks to show up so I can finish this thing.

And putting the house up for sale feb 1st as if I didn't have enough to do.

She's got 3 acres so prob going to hold on to it.

Yea the front end is done, just need to charge the shocks. The rear has bumpstops but still waiting on shocks. They should be here any day.

Shocks still haven't shown up but getting everything else ready. Moved the jack on the trailer now I don't have to use a hitch extension to tow. Also set up a spot for old laser eyes to ride since I won't be running a full size cooler.
