got some Allied 15x12 beadlocks...3.75" backspace for some big tires...44's maybe...46"s...not sure...

I think most of us Toy owners would agree that a Toy solid axle is only good to 37" or 38" tall tires without breaking something..
Dana 60's do have there weak points in stock form(hubs,30 spline outers and u-joints)when running big tires and low gears..I have been running Spicer 35 spline outers and Spicer u-joints for over a year with no problems running on 42" TSL's..I'll be going "BIG" with some new 44" TSL's so another drivetrain upgrade was needed.Bobby Long makes a 300m U-joint for the Dana 60 with a 10 year unlimited warranty and a great price and free shipping...these things are the bling...

I'll be loading up the Toy in the morning for a trip over to River City differentials for a front R&P change to 5:86....
and whats new 300m U-joints without some new 4340 chromemoly 35 spline outers...I'll be testing out the bling this weekend with
a trip up to the snow... :beerchug: more pics to follow...

had to drive a few times around the block....just like ol times....can't wait to hit the snow this weekend....
the rear is about 65" wms to wms with the spacers on...i'll run the spacers front & back depending on what type of trail it is..
minus the spacers i'm at 62"...

I had the R&P changed over to the 5:89 to match the rear 5:86.....I had noticed a little grinding coming from the drivers front the last time i drove it...Sean at River City Diff's noticed the Warn drive flanges were letting the axle push itself out and hit the "C"..also had some water contamination in the same wheel bearing from some summer river crossings... ...fairly common..he shimmed it up and waterproofed my front... :beerchug:

since full hydro steering is just around the corner,I had "Welder Billt" at the shop kindly throw on a set of steel knuckles and make the front bulletproof... :bowdown: this stuff is the real deal...no worries about breaking,even with the 44's Super Swampers to go on..
