well...I spent most of the day grinding,sanding and painting the new front tube work .. :conf:
laid in the winch to see what it looks like.. :yesnod:

yea..Casey105 & Locktup hooked me up with a copy of the magazine and a copy of Crawl magazine...I saw the pics of my rig in both mags......kinda cool...

well....the countdown is on...10 days to the Tin Benders Toyota Jambo.been working on the rig all week getting all the little wiring crap completed.. :help:
needed to finish the front and put the grill and headlights back in.started with a piece
of 16 gauge and bent it like an "L" and cut a hole in the back to recess the headlight.I(Rick)
cut the plate at a angle to match up with the front exo and weld to it.

I bought the Roundeyes upgraded Toyota headlights and the Roger Brown upgraded wiring harness.
unless you upgrade the wiring with the lights the stock Toy wiring cant handle the additional power and you really wont notice much of a difference in your lights.the harness comes with 2  30 amp relays and and has to be hot wired to a constant power souce.very simple and is a very nice and clean wiring harness. :thumbs:

turned the headlights on and..  :shocking::yea...very bright and nice..I will be doing some nite wheeling at the hammers. :yupyup:

I had to go to some smaller lights in the front with the winch controller in the way... :inthedark:
the front is done and now I need to finish the interior.

well...I've always wanted to have 2 sets of tires...1 for rocks,1 for snow...we'll see how it works..
I'm leaving tuesday morning for the Jambo..the Toy is washed,waxed and ready to go..
just need to tighten all the nuts & bolts and grease everything up for some abuse.. :yesnod:
