got bored today with all the freakin rain....took the sawzall out for some fun with the truck..

I was getting a little tired of the way the truck looked anyway..wanted to clean up the engine compartment and do some new tube work.. so i started cutting away..

I had to leave the radiator support in until i can bend up a hoop to bolt the radiator to...I like the clean look..

it's all good for now..a little tube bending and welding ....then comes the motor work.. 8)

I think when it's done you'll like it even more..I only cut out the wheel wells and all the other garbage
that was in the way...It will be much more functional and cleaner when completed...I prefer the full cab look myself
and want to keep the Toyota truck look as much as possible...a little tubing to bend and she'll look better than ever..
I also have a few new accessories to put on the front..check back next week for some updates...calling Locktup in for some
warranty work...

ok you were scareing me there for a minute.  I thought you were ditching the fenders all together.  I dig not haveing fenderwells if you can make it work.  Can't wait to see the new goodies you're putting in here next week.  Keep um coming

no..the fenders and lights are going back on...I will have to do some tube work to get them back on but it's not a big problem..the radiator needs to be remounted and I can tie all the tubing together once that is done...I'll post up on the progress..

Thanks, I ordered back issues of Crawl and 4wd Toy Owners Mag. Every book store I called didn't carry either.
