So this may be a stupid question, but how do you go about painting the exterior cage.  Like do you have any tips on how to get paint on the tube closest to the cab.  the pillars for example, how do you go about getting paint on the inside of the tube.

I'm painting my exo cage the same color as my truck...I bought a extra qt and had the remainder put into
spray paint cans.It's a little difficult getting all the exo painted but i found by crawling on the hood,getting above the
truck and shoooting at different angles 95% of it can be covered....here's my finished paint from yesterday...

it's a 49er gold panner...with a liitle gold dust in his pan...I have had this for about 25 years...it was originaly on my 1st 4wd
a 67 Bronco...it will grace my new hood when it goes on this week...

I got "HIK"  stands for "High Intensity Krawler".  Use to be Krawlers, but my firend dropped out of the club, was only 2 people.  Now it's only me.   :biggthumpup:   makes it easy to make desissions.

   I'm way ahead of you Locktup........I removed the seat last week.......I am tired of taking crap from
my limp wristed tree hugging co-pilot's so I installed one of these special electric seats..I have a toogle switch on the dash
to keep the crap talking down to a minimum....

I might consider lowering it a inch or two...but with 42"s...anything is BIG...
